The 4th Annual Bulldog Brigade of Military Alumni (BBMA) Golf Tournament

Gray skies were out, but the BBMA Golf Tournament went off without a hitch. This year the tournament was held at The Links on Redstone Arsenal. Assisting BBMA members this year were the Pershing Rifles and Pershing Angles from the ROTC Bulldog Battalion at Alabama A& M University.

The Staff at the Links were most accommodating for this event.

This event has become one of the organization’s main fundraisers.  As MG (ret) Burden (President of BBMA) stated funds and donations from sponsors as well as team fees plays a major role in our scholarship program and the BBMA endowment. More than 40 golfers participated in the tournament. The course was challenging, but a good time was had by all. The winning team consist of Venita C. King (widower of the late CPT Robert King and a Hall of Fame inductee), Tara Guttierrez, Jason Gutierrez and Marvin Hires.
